Welcome to WORM. By installing, copying, or using the WORM application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1. Use License
WORM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the Software on your personal devices (macOS and Windows) strictly for direct secure file transfer purposes.
2. Secure Wi-Fi Network Operation
WORM operates over secure Wi-Fi and local area networks (LAN). File transfers occur directly between devices on your local network. You are responsible for ensuring that your network is secure when transferring sensitive data.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, nor use the Software for any illegal file distribution or unauthorized transmission of copyrighted material.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall WORM or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of WORM following any changes constitutes acceptance of those modified terms.
